"The service itself seemed fine, but something felt..."
The service itself seemed fine, but something felt off with the pricing. It wasn’t really clear upfront, and I didn’t love having to find out important details later instead of knowing what to expect from the start...
"I tried OhWill because I assumed it would..."
I tried OhWill because I assumed it would actually tailor everything to my state’s rules, but the documents I got back felt super generic. It asked me a handful of questions and then generated forms that didn’t clearly cover the witness or notary stuff I specifically needed here, which was a “make it make sense” moment for me.
When I reached out, support gave me a basic response that didn’t really clear anything up. I ended up talking to a local attorney anyway and had to redo the whole thing, so for me it just felt like money wasted.

"Didn’t really feel legally safe to me"
I used this to make a will one evening after work, mostly because I’d been putting it off for ages and finally had a quiet hour with a cup of tea. The process itself seemed okay at first, but when I looked back over the legal wording later, it felt really unclear and not something I’d feel comfortable relying on. I just didn’t feel confident that it would actually hold up properly, so in the end I paid a solicitor to do it anyway.

"Honestly, not worth the trouble"
I tried using ohwill.com and I’m just frustrated. The site felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and when I finally reached out for help, the response took a while and didn’t really solve anything. I kept feeling like I was missing something or doing it wrong, which is the last thing you want with something like this. In the end, I just wasted a bunch of time and didn’t feel confident at all. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I definitely wouldn’t use it again.

"The notarization instructions were way more confusing than they needed to be"
The notary info just confused me. I don’t know why something that should be straightforward has to feel like decoding a puzzle, but here we are. I kept rereading the instructions and still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. A clearer explanation would’ve saved me a lot of unnecessary frustration...
"Will setup was okay, but the loopholes are annoying"
I used ohwill.com to make my will, and overall it was easy to get through. The questions were mostly clear, but a few sections had me second-guessing what they actually meant, so I had to go back and reread things a couple times. It got the job done in the end, but I wish there was more guidance along the way. Also, some of the policy wording felt like it left room for loopholes, which is frustrating when you’re trying to make something as important as a will. It’s fine, just not as reassuring as I hoped
"Support took forever to get back"
I waited like 3 or 4 days for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer my question. Frustrating overall
"ID verification was such a hassle"
I tried verifying my ID twice, but it just kept failing. When I reached out to support, they basically sent the same response again, which didn’t help at all. I eventually gave up 😕 Really frustrating experience.
"Kinda confusing to use"
I tried using ohwill.com and it was frustrating. The pages felt kinda cluttered and I kept having to click around way too much just to find simple things. A few parts werent really clear either, so after a while I just gave up. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it wasnt very easy to use.

"Didn’t really give me peace of mind"
I tried ohwill.com because I wanted to finally feel like I had my will stuff handled, but it kind of made me more uneasy. The process felt bare-bones, and I kept thinking, “Wait, is that it?” Not exactly the feeling you want with something this serious.
I also reached out to support, hoping they’d clear things up, but the responses felt really generic. Maybe they were trying to be helpful, but it came across like a canned reply, which didn’t do much for my confidence, and yeah, that’s frustrating after you’ve already paid.
Maybe it’s fine for someone with a super simple situation, but it just wasn’t enough for me. For something as important as a will, I need to feel totally sure I’m doing it right, and with this, I just didn’t.

"I tried to make an account..."
I tried to make an account on ohwill.com, but it kept throwing errors after I’d already filled everything out. Then the email link took forever to come through. By the time I’d wasted around 20 minutes on it, I felt mentally drained and just gave up. Not the best first impression

"I used the site for a bit and..."
I used the site for a bit and it was fine overall... but the navigation was kinda confusing at times! I had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed.

"Works when it wants, but I didn’t feel safe using it"
I didn’t feel great using this. The privacy side of things feels kind of sketchy, and on top of that it only seems to work when it wants to. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it’s just frustrating. Not something I’d fully trust.

"Took way longer than expected"
This took a lot longer than I thought it would 😕 I kept waiting around without getting any clear updates, which made the whole thing feel slow and frustrating. Not really happy with how long it ended up taking.

"Just didn’t work out for me"
Maybe I went in expecting too much, or maybe I just didn’t spend enough time figuring it out, but the site really didn’t meet what I needed. I ended up feeling disappointed after using it. It just wasn’t a good experience for me overall.

"Just didn’t work out for me"
I was really only paying attention to two things here: how long the order took and whether support could help. Unfortunately, the shipping felt like it dragged on forever, and when I reached out, I never got much that actually helped. Maybe other parts were fine, but those were the things that mattered most to me, so overall it just wasn’t a good experience
"Really disappointed with the support"
I reached out hoping to get some actual help, but the replies just felt like generic copy-and-paste responses. Nothing really addressed my issue, and I ended up feeling disappointed and ignored.

"More frustrating than I expected"
I went into OhWill thinking it would be a straightforward process and wouldn’t take much effort on my end. At first I tried to just work through the steps and be patient, but a few things didn’t really make sense to me, and when I asked questions, I didn’t feel like I was getting clear or helpful answers. After going back and forth and feeling more stressed than I expected, I eventually ended up running it by my attorney just to make sure I understood what was going on. it was a lot more hassle than I’d hoped for something that seems like it should be simple.

"I tried ohwill.com mostly because I wanted to..."
I tried ohwill.com mostly because I wanted to customize things myself. The process was straightforward, and I was able to pick the basic details without any trouble. The preview feature was helpful too, since I could see how things were coming together. That said, I personally felt some of the options were a little limited, especially when it came to fonts and colors. It worked fine for what I needed, but I definitely found myself wishing I had more control over the final look.

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I don’t think this was worth what I paid. It feels like they’re charging more just because they know people will assume it’s better than it actually is. For the price, I expected a lot more
